This Privacy Policy describes how User information, including Data, is processed by Flightspace as part of the Website. This document only applies to information or data which Flightspace collects through the Website.

This Privacy Policy forms an integral part of our Terms and Conditions. If you wish to be an active User and enjoy our Website functionality, you must accept both our Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy.

The meanings of any capitalised terms or phrases you find in this Privacy Policy are defined in the Terms and Conditions. If there are any terms or phrases that have not been defined in the Terms and Conditions, their meanings will be as defined by law, and where no relevant definitions exist, they should be understood in accordance with the meanings used in the aviation industry or the legal services sector.

Viewing the Website while not using any of its Services or functionalities is generally anonymous and involves no Data collection (including surnames, addresses, phone numbers or e-mail addresses). Providing Data is voluntary, although it may a prerequisite for the contract conclusion and using the features. The range of data collected from the User for the usage of particular service, feature or any other cooperation is each time specified in a correct form with a consent clause.


The range of Data to be collected in connection with the use of specific Services or functionalities by the User or for other forms of cooperation will be each time specified in a relevant form with a consent clause. Data are provided voluntarily.

All Data are processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 and its delegated legislation.

Data are collected to the extent they relate to the following purposes: to enable Users to use the Website, including Profiles, Content, Services or functionalities; to perform the terms of the Agreement; to allow Flightspace to answer any queries, calls or requests from Users or reported cases of violations of User rights; and to allow Flightspace to fulfill its legally justified purposes as Data controller.

If our Users consent to it, we may process their data to a broader extent than is mandatorily required during registration (for example, for statistical or marketing purposes).

We use system log information (e.g. IP addresses) which is generated as part of normal Internet connections for technical purposes in connection with administrating our servers. Apart from that, IP addresses are used to collect general demographic information for statistical usage (e.g. information about regions from which connections originate).


Flightspace reserves the right to provide all Users with electronic announcements of important modifications to the Website. We may also send out commercial messages, including without limitation advertisements and other information of commercial nature, if the User has consented to it.

Users are entitled to access and correct any Data that relate to them. In cases provided for in Article 23.1.4- 5 of the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997, Users are entitled to make reasoned requests in writing demanding that their Data be no longer processed or to object to their Data being processed for marketing purposes.


You may access and correct your registration Data or Content posted in your Profile at any time by selecting appropriate Profile settings in the Edit profile area. Please also review privacy settings which are available in the Privacy area and set the required access level to your posted Content. In cases enumerated in the Act on the Protection of Personal Information art. 23 1, 4 and 5 from August 29th 1997, the Registered User has the power to file a written (delivered on customer service’s address), justified request to cease processing their personal data, regarding an exceptional situation and the right to object to the processing of their data if OnkologiaOnline intends to process it for marketing purpose or share it with other data controller.

Flightspace understands the importance of measures to safeguard your Data. Accordingly, in order to protect the Website against all typical areas of exposure, certain technological choices were made at the time the underlying Website architecture and technologies were being selected with a view to provide greater protection of Data sent to or from the Website over the Internet. User logins and passwords are required in a large number of Website areas to provide additional Data protection. It is therefore very important that Users hold these pieces of information in strict secrecy.

Users should be aware, however, that no data transmission over the Internet can ever be one hundred percent secured. For this reason, even though it has made every effort, Flightspace cannot and does not guarantee security of information, including of data sent to or from the Website, when our Services or functionalities are used.

If there are any matters that have not been provided for in this Privacy Policy, they will be governed by the Terms and Conditions, the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 and rules arising under other applicable laws.
